Bobella "Ella" (Patton) TwilleyOctober 29, 1935 ~ May 9, 2017 (age 81)
Bobella Twilley, (Ella) age 82, passed away unexpectedly, on May 9, 2017 at her residence in Muncie, Indiana. Bobella was born in Cairo, Illinois to Eddie Patton and Georgia Walker on October 29, 1935.
Bobella worked for Ball Hospital as a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse and retired after 50 years of service. She was a faithful member of Greater Mt. Calvary Church of God in Christ. Affectionately known as "Ella", she enjoyed spending time with her family and had a passion for crocheting, cooking, working crossword puzzles and fishing especially with her children and grandchildren.
Ella leaves to cherish her memory, seven children, Vickie L. Twilley, Frank (Annette) Twilley Jr., Linda J. McCowan, Pamela (Frederick) Twilley-Allen and John Twilley all of Muncie, IN, Ronald (Toya) Twilley of Arlington,Texas and Rickie Twilley of Fort Wayne, IN; siblings; Eugene Walker, James Eddie Patton and Charlene Pouge all of Muncie, IN and Edger Walker of New Castle, IN; 12 grandchildren, John Balfour, Brandon Twilley, Nicole Balfour, Afften Twilley, Alesa Nave, Cory Balfour, Aaron McCowan, Devan Twilley, Justin Twilley, Jarred Twilley and Wendy Twilley, 15 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty years, Frank Twilley Sr.; parents, Eddie Patton and Georgia Walker; siblings; Paul Walker, Estelle Williams, and Melvin Reed; daughter-in-law, Cytria Twilley; son-in-law, Dale McCowan; and great-grandson, Kristopher Kam Balfour.
