Bobbie Green was born March 24, 1961 to the union of James and Eliza (Perkins) Green, in Perry County, Alabama. She was the youngest of thirteen children. She departed this earthly life to be with the Lord on February 28, 2018, at the age of 57.
She attended Northrop High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She worked as a Dietary Aide at the Golden Years Nursing Home. She loved working in the nursing home helping the elderly. She also loved cooking, listening to music, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a very loving person with a warm, and loving smile. She was slow to take, and quick to give. She had one of the biggest hearts. She will truly be missed, but she will no longer have weary days.
Bobbie leaves to cherish her memory her children, Lionel (Nicole) Green, Lakesha Green, Lamonta Green, Shyra (Alfred Jr.) Woods-Bell, Kendrick Green, Evan Sanders, Kewaun Green; brothers, George Green, Walter (Beryl) Green, Johnnie (Addie) Green; sisters, Gladys Childs, Mary Easley, and Queen Green; fifteen grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Eliza Green; brother, William Green; sisters, Joann Moore, Rose Hogue, Ludelia McKellar, and Nellie Gooden; and brothers-in-law, Lucas Childs, Percy Easley, and Jeffrey Moore.
