Cassandra Lee Davis-Anderson was July 15, 1968 to Pastor Mozell and Lady Olivia (Stanley) Davis, Sr. in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at the VA Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
She accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Tree of Life Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of her father, Pastor Mozell Davis, Sr. She had a beautiful voice. She attended Fort Wayne Community Schools.
On November 18, 1988, she enlisted in the United States Air Force. She received an honorable discharge on December 31, 2006. She received several awards and metals while serving in the military.
Cassandra leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Fred Anderson of Lexington, KY; parents, Pastor Mozell and Lady Olivia Davis, Sr. of Fort Wayne; brothers, Mozell Davis, Jr., Samuel Davis, Terrall (Tasha) Davis all of Fort Wayne and Willie Tubbs of New Mexicao; sisters, Mazell Robinson, Vivian Davis-Johnson, Ramona Davis all of Fort Wayne and Bralie (Anthony) Pinkston-Brown of California; and a host of neices, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Shari Davis-Walden; maternal grandparents, Albert and Ollie Stanley; paternal grandparents, Luther and Gertrude Davis.
