Marlon Jamon Davis, Jr. was born March 21, 2002 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Latoya Trigg and Marlon Davis Sr. He departed this life on Monday, December 31, 2018 at Parkview Hospital, at the age of 16.
Marlon was also known to his loved ones and friends as “MJ.” He attended the Crossing Educational Center for schooling. He also participated at the Boys and Girls Club, City Life Center, Metro football, Wild Cats Baseball, Spice Field House and The World Baseball Academy. Marlon was a very loving, respectable, funny, intelligent, and spontaneous young man. Marlon’s smile could light up any room and his humor was sure to give anyone a great laugh. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his girlfriend, Mia Smiley. “Marlon will forever be my hero.” says Mia Smiley.
Marlon leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Latoya (Roosevelt Moore) Trigg; father, Marlon J. Davis, Sr.; brothers, Maalik Moore, Davonce Moore and Imani Moore; paternal grandmother, Joann Davis; maternal grandmother, Denise Trigg; great-grandmother, Susie Chapman; uncles, Corey T. Champan, Damion (Johanna) Chapman and Quenton Davis; aunt, Somayia Paulk; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his uncle, Demarcus Adams; cousins, Carrie Trigg and Catrina Trigg.
