Tramaine Loniel Scott was born December 31, 1988, at St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Brian Scott and Betheina Freeman. He departed this life on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Tramaine gave his life to Christ in 2012 and joined Memorial Baptist Church, Evansville, Indiana, under the leadership of Pastor Adrian Brooks Sr. He graduated from Paul Harding High School, Fort Wayne, Indiana, ‘Class of 2007’. He played for Paul Harding High School football team when they won State in 2006.
Tramaine was selected for the “2006 Fantastic 50” for football which he played as an outstanding linebacker. In the state game Tramaine had a critical pass breakup in the end zone during the Harding Hawk state win.
Tramaine attended Ivy Tech and University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, Indiana where he was majoring in Construction. He was previously employed by Ground Effects in Roanoke, Indiana and Dana Corporation in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
His favorite hobbies were spending quality time with his daughter and family. He had a passion for football, baseball, playing PS4, collecting shoes, dancing and making people laugh.
Tramaine leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Aubrielle Alise Scott of Fort Wayne, IN; mother, Betheina Freeman; father, Brian Scott both of Fort Wayne, IN; a loving companion, Chanel Coleman of Fort Wayne, IN; three brothers, Jermaine Freeman, Dante Turner and Juwan Turner all of Fort Wayne, IN; one sister, Princess Scott of Fort Wayne, IN, grandparents: William and Donna Scott; grandmother; Cora Jordan; uncles, Crawford (Margaret) Freeman, John (Debra) Freeman, Charles Freeman, Howard (Henrietta) Freeman, David (Toni) Jordan, Tyrone (Ana) Freeman, Richard Jordan, Marvin (Tracee) Freeman, Brent (Wendy) Scott, Kevin Scott and Tony Brower; aunties, Dorothy Freeman, Patricia Freeman, Margaret (Courtney) Logan, Krista Freeman, Angela Scott and Monica Scott; one niece and host of relatives and friends.
Tramaine was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hubert Jordan and Lula Bell Freeman; uncles, George Freeman and Herbert Freeman; great-grandparents, William and Rosemary Easterly, William Sr., Rosetta Scott, Robert Sr. and Emma Freeman; three of his special first cousins, Brenell Clark, Breon Scott and Karrington Stallings.
