Edna Mae was known for her wonderful cooking; sweet potato pies, dressing, collard greens, fried chicken, and so much more. She also had a special gift for making homemade quilts that we all “Loved.” Watching Western Shows and WWF Wrestling were a few of her favorites but one thing will never forget is how she loved sitting outside on the porch and in the yard with her ice water and company for hours.  There was never a dull moment at 729 East Wayne Street. Her bright smile, smart mouth and her tobacco chewing will truly be missed. Edna Mae enjoyed spending time with her family and loved all of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren unconditionally.
