Elnator Thomas , age 68, departed this life on Saturday, December 31, 2022.
She was born in Boligee, Alabama on July 14, 1954, to the late Marzilla Cotton and Ivan Greenfield. She was raised by her grandparents, the late Alfred and Mary Perry. Elnator was great with numbers and was a bookkeeper and accountant by trade for many years until her health failed. She did not let that stop her. She continued to do the work of the Lord.
She leaves to cherish her memory: Loving Husband of 39 years, Pastor Ellis Thomas, Jr. of Mt. Sinai M.B.C., Daughter – Genesis Thomas, Son – Elliott Thomas, Grandson – Damian Chestnut, Jr. (DJ). Her sisters: And, the Mount Sinai M.B.C. Family.
Service is 11 a.m. Friday, January 13, 2023, at Tabernacle M.B.C., with visitation starting at 10 a.m.
Elnator will be laid to rest in Concordia Cemetery & Cremation Garden.
