Julia Marie Taylor was born August 25, 1951 to Lucinda (Woods) and Morris Taylor, Sr. in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Julia was a very spiritual woman and loved to worship the Lord at church and home. She had no problem praying for anyone in need of prayer, because the Lord had touched her and was a big part of her life. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were an important part of her life. She would FaceTime, call and text daily just to stay involved in their life.
Julia loved watching sports and her favorite shows, and we all knew not to call her during those times. When she visited, she always had a big smile on her face when she was around her grandchildren and loved to attend their sporting events.
Julia was a very intelligent woman and continued her studies throughout her life. She worked for Centennial Wireless known now as AT&T for over 21 years. She participated in her career at AT&T and joined many support groups such as mentoring young employees.
On Wednesday, July 22, 2020, the Lord took Julia home. She is now with her mother, father, and sisters.
Julia leaves behind to cherish her memory one daughter, Michelle (D’Angelo Hunter, Sr.) Summerville; two sons, Terrance (Rachael) Ali and Terendo (Stephanie) Summerville; two brothers, Joe (Kathy) Woods and Morris Taylor, Jr.; 16 grandchildren, Brian Hunter, Jr., JeVante Hunter, Keyshawn Summerville, Terrance Summerville II, Trenton Summerville, Jibreel Summerville, Joselyn Summerville, Destiny Summerville, Terendo Summerville II, Amariana Summerville, Amir Summerville, Malinda Summerville, Gisele Summerville and Isabella Summerville; eleven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.
