Lois Jean (Scott) Bostwick was born April 5, 1929 to Ora (Vaughn) and Frank Scott in Detroit, Michigan. She passed away on Friday, July 3, 2020 at Lutheran Life Villages in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
“Miss B.” as she was affectionately called by family and friends was employed at Lutheran Hospital as a supervisor and retired after many years of dedicated service.
Lois leaves to cherish her memory, four daughters, Gail (Luther Sr.) Martin, Adrienne Bostwick both of Fort Wayne, Cheryl (Minister Larry Sr.) Harrison of Franklin, TN, and Karen (Alex Jr.) Early of Stockton, CA; sisters, Annie Kennedy of Fort Mills, SC and Emma Owens of Moulton, AL; Miss B was blessed with 19 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, 21 great-great grandchildren and one great-great- great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her long-time companion, Charles Bostwick, Sr.; sons, Michael Bradford and Gregory Bradford; grandson, Luther Martin, Jr.; great grandsons, DeMarcus Martin and DeMarion Bradford; parents, Frank and Ora Scott; sisters, Margaret, Jacqueline, Mary, Memory, Lucille and Delphine; brothers, Alfred, Carl, Jim and Billy.
Special thanks to the Doctors, Nurses, CNA's and the staff of Lutheran Life Villages, Lutheran Hospital and Davita Dialysis for the care shown to our loved one.
Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens.
